FOD control is not just an individual responsibility. It requires teamwork on the floor and in the management suite. Everyone who is on-site should, with a positive attitude, actively remind and encourage the people around them to stay alert for FOD and the conditions that can create FOD. Senior management should back up that teamwork as strongly as it would any other safety or quality policy
